A warm feeling
Our saunas will get you warmed up
A sauna session can be recommended in every season. Those who regularly enjoy a sauna know about its many health benefits. Up to three sessions a day are "allowed," but cooling down and resting in between are essential. This gives your body the chance to regenerate and return to everyday life feeling revitalised. Try it out at our spa hotel in the Dolomites.

The classic among saunas operates at 90 °C with low humidity of 5-10%. If you are looking for an intense sauna experience and are an experienced sauna-goer, this is the place for you. Sweating profusely detoxifies the body, strengthens the cardiovascular system, and stimulates metabolism. It also boosts the immune system, helping you to ward off colds, especially during the colder months.

The bio sauna is a popular alternative to the Finnish sauna, perfect for beginners, women, and those who prefer a gentler experience. With a temperature of 60 °C and a medium humidity level of 45%, it offers a more relaxed sauna session. The natural wooden interior of our bio sauna further enhances the sense of well-being. Here, you can enjoy the same health benefits as in a Finnish sauna, but in a milder form.

By contrast, our steam bath, or "Turkish bath," is milder, with temperatures ranging from 42-45 °C. The key feature here is the extremely high humidity of 95%. When you inhale the warm mist, it has a relaxing, cleansing, and decongesting effect on the airways. The steam bath improves the complexion and provides deep hydration for the entire body. You'll feel completely refreshed after just a few sessions!

Less well known than traditional sauna options, the infrared cabin gently warms your body using infrared light at a temperature of 30 to 50 °C. This light, which is invisible to the human eye but felt as warmth, has particularly positive effects on the musculoskeletal system, helping to relieve tension and alleviate back pain. It also stimulates the immune system, contributing to overall well-being.

We recommend a maximum of three sauna sessions, each lasting no more than 15 minutes. Afterwards, the best way to cool down is with a cold shower or by rubbing yourself with fresh snow in the garden. This should always be followed by a period of rest. Our relaxation room, with its luxurious waterbeds, is the perfect place to put your feet up. Use it to doze, daydream, read, listen to music, meditate, or dream about your next holiday adventure.
