The hotel is run with great care and passion. The suite was very spacious, with a large modern bathroom. We loved the mountain views of the Dolomites from our balcony. The rooms were spotless. All the staff and owners greeted us very warmly. We felt completely at ease form the moment we arrived. We had many pleasant conversations, and everyone took great care of us, offering helpful tips. The kitchen created excellent regional dishes every evening, beautifully presented - a true treat for the tastebuds! There were always available parking spaces. At night, the nearby main road was not an issue.

The Gratschwirt is a small, family-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families with children. The house is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and charming accessories. The wellness area is modern and the ideal place to unwind after a mountain hike.

Hotel Gratschwirt is a place with a lot of heart. We spent a wonderful time over New Year’s 2017/18, enjoying the fantastic cuisine (extremely child-friendly, with every special request fulfilled), the cosy rooms, and the newly renovated sauna and indoor pool. Walking in from the deep snow outside to the warm and inviting lobby was a delight, where we were always greeted with a friendly welcome. The central bar was a lovely spot to enjoy an aperitif before dinner and to chat with other guests afterwards. Highly recommended - this hotel offers great comfort but remains far from the over-sized luxury ski resorts that seem to be springing up everywhere.

We felt very at home!
The new sauna area with a Turkish bath and a traditional sauna is worth a special mention. Everything is brand new. The swimming pool is luxuriously equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout, and the service is friendly and attentive.

This family-run hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding. The pool, sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, and gym were wonderful. The location is just a short walk from the town centre, but buses run frequently, and the walk itself is very easy. I would highly recommend it. Thank you for a fantastic week-long stay.
