Then head for a session of sweating in the Finnish or bio-sauna, steam bath and infrared Physiotherm cabin and afterwards relish moments of pure relaxation on our waterbeds.

On request, we will be happy to round off your wellness experience with a relaxing massage. Wellness in Alta Pusteria at the Hotel Gratschwirt in Dobbiaco means well-deserved relaxation for body and soul.

The Finnish sauna

Enjoy a pleasant sauna at 90°C and low humidity. A sauna session promotes blood circulation, cleanses the body, clears the respiratory tract and cares for the skin.

The Turkish steam bath

Humidity approx. 95%. A very relaxing experience in a humid and warm environment at approx. 42-45°C.

Bio-sauna

The gentle bio-sauna in the Art Hotel Gratschwirt in Val Pusteria offers incomparable moments of well-being at moderate temperatures. Wood furnishings give a feeling of well-being and help reduce the heartbeat. Temperature: 60°C
